If the material is conform with one of the both methods, the electric strength shall be considered to be also conform with the standard. 2. If the arithmetic average of the sample thickness is between the both thicknesses listed in the above table, its requirement value shall use the interpolation method to get. If the average is below 0.4mm,the requirement value of electric strength shall use the one of 0.4mm, If the normal thickness is 3mm and the average of the sample thickness is over 3mm,the requirement value of 3mm shall be used.
