Description

XC5462-1D（G）, XC5462-1D（H）and XC5463-1 are made of special mica paper as the base, Class H silicone resin as the adhesive and single side electrical alkali-free glass fabric, polyimide film and both electrical alkali-free glass fabric and polyimide film sides as the reinforcement material in turn, then varnished, baked, rolled and cut.

Good flexibility at room temperature, excellent technology property and tight winding. No powder flying during the winding and bonding when opening the disk.

Excellent mechanical and electrical properties treated by compatible impregnating resin with it.

The storage property is stable at room temperature. Used for the main insulation of high voltage motors and apparatus working at 200℃.

2. Main technical requirements

1）The normal width is 25±1mm, the others can be negotiated by the supplier and user.

2）Edge bending can not be more than 1mm.

3）The diameter of roller or disk is 955 mm. The joint is no more than two. The min. length is no less than 5m and the disk or roll with joint shall be marked. The other diameter can be negotiated by supplier and user.

4）The main technical requirements are shown in the table (General type)
